Work with clients is often project-based, involving planning, monitoring and reporting, frequently
under tight resource constraints. Training of management and staff is an integral
part of the work and much of Brian’s work involves designing
and facilitating development programmes to improve employee performance.
As a Business Development Consultant since 1991, Brian has a successful track record of working intensively with many and varied organisations. Models which he has used to achieve business improvement have included the Investors in People framework, Six Sigma process improvement techniques and the Business Excellence Model. He has also conducted a Benchmarking study with 45 companies in four European countries and presented a paper at a conference in Finland.
